This project began with the full demolition of a 660 SQFT pool with depths ranging from 4′ to 7′. After 15 loads of dirt import and precise grading, our team installed a 750 SQFT, 4″ concrete slab reinforced with #3 rebar at 24″ O.C. using 2500 psi concrete. The transformation was completed with 450 SQFT of turf installation over a compacted base, creating a clean, functional courtyard with a balanced mix of concrete and green space.
